Exchange Policy


Remember, we don't do any refunds so we have prepared this section to help you
through your exchange process.


You want to exchange a defective item?

- If you believe you have received a defective item please send us an email to info@goalshop.net
to let us know about its defective condition and all the details you may consider useful for this
procedure.

- We require to see several photos of this defective item before proceding with the exchange and
allowing you to ship us back the defective item.

- If the item is in fact defective, we will refund you the shipping fees for sending it to us and we
will pay for the shipping fees of sending it to you.

- All defective items will be exchanged for the exact same item that was first purchased, including
the size.

- All exchange requests must be made within the next 15 days of your purchase.



You want to exchange a non-defective item?

- The item must be in original condition, complete with all its tags, plastic bag, etc. Almost all
items that have been worn for a long period of time will show signs of wear in will no longer be in
exchangeable, meaning we cannot process your exchange.

- Shipping costs are non-refundable if you want to exchange a non-defective item.

- If we sent you the wrong item in error, we will bear the shipping cost of returning it and getting
a replacement item sent to you.

Please be aware that your item must arrive back at our location for us to process your return. We
strongly recommend that you select a traceable, insured return shipping method. Remember to
keep your receipt and tracking number!
